Mr. Craig Salsgiver, MAI, President
Mr. Craig Salsgiver, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas. Mr. Salsgiver has a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Salsgiver has comprehensive knowledge and experience in appraising all major property types and special-use properties. His expertise and competency was developed during his over 20 years of appraising and education.
Mr. Salsgiver has a concentrated experience in the valuation of single-family subdivisions, proposed condominium/townhouse developments, and vacant residential and commercial land. He has appraised over 1,000 Dallas/Fort Worth area subdivisions, primarily for acquisition and development loans. Additionally, he has valued and analyzed numerous water district/MUD/PID projects and has distinct experience regarding this unique property type.
Mr. Salsgiver specializes in the valuation of investment grade real estate, primarily for regional and local financial institutions as well as private equity funds, insurance companies and corporations. He has qualified as an expert witness in U.S. Federal Bankruptcy and District Courts in Collin, Dallas, and Tarrant Counties.

Ms. Rinley Xing, Associate
A native of Guangzhou in the People’s Republic of China, Ms. Rinley Xing is a graduate of Texas A&M with a B.S. in Agribusiness. Ms. Xing has experience in the valuation of office, industrial, and retail buildings, multi-family facilities, proposed condominium/townhouse developments, proposed commercial pad site developments, and vacant residential and commercial land. She is pursuing her appraisal trainee’s license and has been fully immersed in the appraisal field since graduation.
